Chocolate Croissants

Chocolate Croissants

1 tsp. corn starch

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup milk

4 eggs

1/2 cup half & half

1Tbsp.vanilla

1/3 cup sugar

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Fill croissants with chocolate chips of choice. I prefer semi sweet. Dip the "filled" croissants in egg mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 9-12 minutes depending on desired consistency. Makes 10-12.
