
German Pancakes
6-8 eggs
½ c. sugar
½ c. flour
½ c. butter, melted
½ c.- 1c. milk
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat over 400F. Mix ingredients in order. Pour into greased 9x13 pan & bake for 20-24 minutes. The pancake will puff up when baking, then fall when removed from the oven. We served ours with strawberries, bananas and whip cream to cut down on sugar intake. They were really good! You can also serve it with berry/maple syrup or powdered sugar
